Gift Certificate Order Form

You can order a gift certificate for any denomination you wish over $10.00 and we will
fill out the certificate with your personal message and mail it to the recipient.
Another option, in case you are not sure of the recipients mailing address, we can keep the gift certificate on file here at Lexington Floral and contact the recipient either via e-mail or telephone to inform them of their gift.
