What is the average cost of wedding flowers?

  • Its hard to determine the average cost of a wedding. This is because there are many factors going into custom wedding flowers. The cost of the arrangements and choices are soley dependent on the cost of the flowers chosen. Our wedding consultant can help you to determine what will best fulfill your needs while staying within your budget and without sacrificing your wishes.

  • What information should I have for the Florist / Wedding Coordinator?

  • There are no true prerequisites to a consultation, however there are a few things to keep in mind going into your meeting. Its very helpful to know the date and times of the ceremony, reception, and when pictures are going to be taken. If you do already have a specific color scheme or theme to your wedding it would be helpful to have color swatches or even magazine clippings of flowers you may like. Lastly, an open mind to explore your options and to enjoy the process of planning.
  • What is the deposit? When is the balance due?

  • It is $100 non-refundable deposit, which will go towards your balance in the end, to reserve the date.
  • The full balance is then due 3 weeks prior to your wedding date.
  • What is the delivery charge and what does it include?

  • There are a few different delivery options. They are as follows:
  • Pick - Up : Completely FREE to you, if you decide to have someone pick up your flowers the day of.
  • Driver Drop-Off : $35.00 - Driver brings flowers to your location, but does not offer any set up.
  • Designer Drop-Off : from $75.00 - The designer will come to your location and offer full set up and the pinning of the corsage and boutonnieres. The price will be determined by the level of set up required for the event.
  • What do we do with the rental items?

  • All rental items are to be returned to Lexington Floral no later than the Tuesday following your event. If there are any rental items missing they will be considered lost or if merhcandise is returned broken the client will be charged for items.
